Vintage chrome floor lamp in the style of Goffredo Reggiani exhaust pipes-like.
When you think of mid-century chrome circles, it's hard not to remember Goffredo Reggiani, the obscure but famous Italian entrepreneur and lighting designer. Particularly fond of futuristic lines, high-quality materials and fine designs, his lamps are immediately recognisable; and despite many of them to this day have arrived without the label, it is quite easy to attribute a lighting piece to the genius of the designer.
The current lamp is an imposing and high floor piece with a heavy base and four chrome-plated tubes, each of which hides a light bulb. They are cut and decorated in a way that closely resembles racing car exhausts, making the current lamp extremely attractive to any classic car enthusiast and the perfect accessory for a modern man cave.
It has been preserved in amazing conditions and is fully functional thanks to the replaced cable, plug and switch. It has been serviced by a certified electrician. It is a huge presence in the room and a certain catalyst of attention.
