Cool and rare vintage design vase by Bay, called Bubble vase, West Germany glazed earthenware from the 1960s, marked at the bottom and numbered 64-20.
Rare in this color combination, orange and deep blue glaze, this Bubble vase was designed by artist and designer Bodo Mans and is shaped like a garnet.
West Germany was actually a collective name for ceramics that came on the market roughly between 1950 and 1990. Some famous names include Roth, Carstens, Ruscha, Jopeko, Jasba, Fohr, but perhaps the biggest were Scheurich and Bay.
