This rare tray was created in the 1990's by artist Paul Davis as a part of a campaign to promote the 200 year old Benedictine as a drink for the modern age. The image title is "l'éclipse du siècle" (the eclipse of the century)
Bénédictine is a herbal liqueur that was developed by Alexandre Le Grand in 19th century France.
