Beautiful female torso made in stone bu african artist Agnera K. The object has a signature and is fully made in stone. Zimbabwe is derived from the Shona words Dzimba Dza Mabwe which means: house of stone. The Shona are the largest ethnic group in Zimbabwe. Throughout the country you can see colossal boulders that define the horizon. In addition to these rocks, natural stone is found which is excellent for sculpting. Stone types with melodious names such as springstone, cobalt, opal and fruitstone are popular with modern artists. All stones, with the exception of a few, are winter hard and therefore ideally suited as statues in the garden. Springstone is a dark marble-like stone. Very beautiful stone.Erg goede conditie.
