Random chair
The Random Chair by Bertjan Pot is a super light chair that consists of long thin carbon strips. The long strips are soaked in epoxy resin and then spun manually and 'at random' around a mould. Once cured, the construction is self-supporting.

The Random Chair is the follow-up to the Random Light. Epoxy drained carbon fiber is coiled over a single sided mould. It has won the “material fund” prize 2003.
