The Billie Recliner was made in Brazil by Percival Lafer. Lafer is an iconic contemporary Brazilian furniture maker and a pioneer of the Brazilian modernist movement. These Billie models are no longer available and are labeled Lafer, December 2004. The Billie Recliner is currently made by Neology Paris in France under Lafer license. The chairs feature blue leather with silver powder-coated frames. The recliners have an extendable footrest, back slope and are adjustable. The chairs are in used condition. The leather shows no holes/tears or scratches. A piece of stitching has come loose between the backrest and seat and has been re-stitched (see photo).
